- The Regional Contracting Office, Northern Capital Region (RCO-NCR), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the procurement for professional fine art photography, scanning and reproduction for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC), Art Collection, Exhibit and Education Sections. Solicitation will be posted within the next several days. The period of performance will be specified in the solicitation. Quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation.
