- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1899173A003; Compressor Repair (Atlas Copco GA-1530 VSD). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, effective 15 Jul 2009, DCN 20090729, and AFAC 2009-0803. This acquistion will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333912. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 4310. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3563. This request for quotation consists of the following: CLIN 0001: Repair (Atlas Copco: GA 30VSD-175 AFF); Machine#: 8152349091; Serial #: API420966: Repair Type GA 30VSD-175 AFF 46; Main element burned out; Need all seals replaced; Need oil drained and replaced; Require function test when repairs are complete; And basic compressor service inspection for any items not listed in need of repair/replacement; work to be performed between 0800 - 1700 HRS PST; (1 each); CLIN 0002: Service Trip Charges (1 each); CLIN 0003: Element P/N: 1616671290; (1 each); CLIN 0004: Bushing P/N: 1622000900; (1 each); CLIN 0005: Washer P/N: 1622001000; (1 each); CLIN 0006: Kit: Element Mounting P/N: 2901085010; (1 each); CLIN 0007: Kit: Maintenance P/N: 2901099810; (1 each); Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
