Description
Statement of Work This is a notice of intent, not a request for a proposal. A solicitation will not be issued and proposals are not being requested. This is not a small business set-aside. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to negotiate and award a contract for One (1) Base Year and One (1) Option Year on a sole source bases to Pherson Associates, Inc. 9902 Deerfield Pond Lane, Great Falls, VA. 22066-2831. Pherson Associates, Inc. shall provide Analytical Consultation support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Analysis and Production Directorate (P), Workforce Development and Tradecraft Office (PD), and the GEONIT Quality Assurance Office. The contractor will provide the P Directorate with consulting services and support on IT systems and production processes, particularly as they affect analytic tradecraft and product quality, and assist NGA analysis in the use of analytical tools and techniques in direct support of the Analysis and Production Directorate's Workforce Development and Tradecraft Program. The contractor will also provide support on Geospatial-Intelligence Product Quality Assurance, the by-product of this analysis. Work may be in support of various offices within P. Contractor will provide direct structured analytical technique consultation and overall quality assessments of P's analytic processes and products against defined operational requirements and priorities. Security Requirement: Contractors must be cleared at the TS/SCI level. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that an email transmission of a quote/offer after the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of a quote/offer, and will not be accepted.
