Description
The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed price contract to a Small Business Set-Aside for 1 Battery Test System. One (1) Battery Test System shall include: 1.Capability for testing primary batteries, secondary batteries, electrochemical capacitors, and Li batteries to perform charge/discharge cycling of batteries and the measurement of charge and discharge capacity, energy, DC internal resistance and other pertinent parameters. 2.Voltage range 0-50V minimum. 3. Current range 1UA 40A, max charge current 40A, max discharge current 40A. 4.Potentiostatic/Galvanostatic functionality capability. 5.Accuracy of.02% -.1% full scale. 6.Switching time between charge and discharge 0 sec. 7.Mode of operation constant power charge and discharge, constant load charge and discharge, constant voltage, constant current, current and voltage ramps, current and voltage staircases, current and voltage pulses. 8.Software for the computer control of the test system. 9.PC controller Pentium IV computer with flat LCD monitor (22 diagonal minimum). 10.Minimum of 2 channels. 11.8 channel minimum thermocouple sensor input capability. 12.Minimum pulse width 1-3 milliseconds. 13.Warranty of all items for 90 days. 14.All shipping charges FOB destination RDMR-WSI, Bldg 7804, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898.
