NOTIFICATION TO OFFERORS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR WEBSITE: This solicitation is available for reviewing and download at https://www.fbo.gov/. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. 2. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: This requirement is 100% small-business (SB) set-aside. This acquisition is firm-fixed-price and solicited on a Brand Name or Equal basis. Configuration and compatibility issues justify the use of brand names and/or equal substitutions. Quotes must address whether each contract line item number (CLIN) price proposed by the offeror is based upon open market pricing, or use of an existing vehicle such as GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing, NASA SEWP pricing, etc. If individual CLIN pricing is not on an open market basis, offerors should also include the contract number on which pricing is based as part of their quote for each CLIN. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products, and no "grey market". The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest price. 3. SUPPLIES: The required commodities list is found in the attached solicitation. Interested vendors need to apply anticipated freight costs to CLIN pricing. Shipping is FOB Destination. 4. MOBILIZATION TIME: N/A 5. SITE VISIT: N/A 6. CONTRACT AWARD: N/A 7.
