Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to extend the period of performance via a contract modification to Intermap Federal Services, Inc. (Intermap) at 8310 S Valley Hwy, Ste 400, Englewood, CO 80112 for procurement of Global Geospatial Intelligence (GGI) airborne radar commercial imagery products on a sole-source basis. The period of performance will be extended from 13 January 2010 to 30 September 2010. The extension will provide NGA access to simultaneously collected X-band and P-band Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR) data products from the only available source while the acquisition strategy for a competitive follow-on contract is finalized. This contract extension represents the most effective approach to meet critical customer operational requirements pending the new contract. Other geospatial services available under existing GGI contracts will not be ordered by NGA under this contract. See Note 22.
