Description
RECOVERY - HANDHELD INFRARED CAMERAS AND ACCESSORIES (MODIFICATION) This notice is to include the technical specifications required under USGS RFQ No. 09WRQQ0139. The original announcement refers to Atch 1 - Technical Specifications. However, due to technical difficulties, this attachment was not submitted thru the GPE. This modification provides the information previously omitted from the original announcement. Attachment 1 SPECIFICATIONS FOR INFRARED CAMERAS The minimum required specifications for infrared cameras must include the following: 1.temperature calibrated,2.digital radiometric output, 3.640 x 480 detector array, 4.uncooled microbolometer, 5.longwave IR,6. ~7.5-14 microns, 7.temperature range: down to 0 Celsius or lower, and up to at least 1200 Celsius,8.18 x 24 (+/- 3) degree lens, 9.internal image saving to removable media card,10.full radiometric output (at least 30 frames per second) via connection to PC, with duration limited only by storage capacity of PC,11.hand-portable form factor - i.e. LCD viewfinder,12.handstrap, neckstrap (roughly similar size/shape to standard camcorder),13.built in visual camera, field of view coregistered with thermal camera,14.weight: <5 lb total (including battery),15.battery powered: min. 2 hour rechargeable field-replaceable battery,16.<70 mK sensitivity (NE delta T),17.IP54 encapsulation,18.complementary software specifications with the following: ability to interface with camera to enable/control high frame rate radiometric data acquisition (up to 30 fps), ability to make spot/line/area temperature measurements in collected images, ability to make time series spot/line/area measurements of temperatures in sequence of collected images. 19.Must include two extra batteries and two extra lens caps.
