Description
This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the current MATOC contract. The following stimulus projects to be issued under this award call for performance of activities to improve energy efficiency: 1) Replace aged lighting with energy efficient lighting at NG Nome AAOF (PN: 02C5009016- Install Energy Efficient Lighting). 2) Replace aged lighting with energy efficient lighting at NG Nome ARM/ OMS (PN: 02C5509017- Install Energy Efficient Lighting). 3) Replace aged lighting with energy efficient lighting at Bethel AAOF (PN: 02A6509018- Install Energy Efficient Lighting in Army Aviation Operating Facility). 4) Install renewable energy solar heating system with thermostatic controlled circuits. Install high efficiency water heater for solar heating system and domestic water heating at NG Bryant Airfield ((PN: 02A7009019 -Modernize All Energy Systems in Unit training and Equipment Sites). 5) Install insulation in walls, roofs, ceilings. Replace existing lighting with high output florescent lamps at NG Bryant Airfield (PN: 02A7009020- Replace All Non-Energy Building Components in Unit Training and Equipment Site). Additional task order projects that may be issued under this award if funding becomes available include: 1) Design build, remove and retrofit electrical lighting with T5 energy efficient lighting. Replace siding, roof, and insulation. Install mechanical and plumbing system at. Install fire sprinkler system at Fort Richardson (PN: 02A8009039- USPFO/CIF- light, insulate, roof, siding, mech/plumbing). 2) Design build replace roof, windows, electrical lighting, mechanical, emergency power generator and transfer switch, rotating beacon. Minor repairs to complete code compliance for occupancy at NG Bryant Airfield (PN: 02A7009042- ATC Tower- roof, insulate, window, elec/mech, beacon, EPG). 3) Replace lights and heat exchanger. Replace hot water steam equipment in wash bay. Retrofit and install LED parking lot and pathway lighting at Fort Richardson (PN: 02A8008068- CSMS- lighting, hot water/heat exchanger). 4) Replace aged lighting with energy efficient lighting at NG Juneau AAOF/OMS (PN: 02B4309030- Stim Ener Efficient Lighting). Stimulus reporting requirements will be enforced for this award.
