THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES ONLY. Complete solicitation packages may be obtained directly from LDI Printing by calling (770) 939-5277. All charges for solicitation packages are nonrefundable. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Also you can check the website www.reprodox.net/usps/atlanta. The US Postal Service will only accepts proposals from Prequalified Contractors listed below. If you are a subcontractor, you will need to submit your proposals directly to the Prequalified Contractors. This solicitation invites proposals to replace roof system in its entirety, including, but not limited to, all clips, insulation, flashing and membrane at the Jacksonville, FL – NDC (formerly BMC) located at 7415 Commonwealth Drive. Bonds must be received within 7 days from receipt of Intent to Award. Cost range for total project: $5,600,000 - $7,000,000 Const. time: 730 calendar days.
