- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplementedwith additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is attachedto this notice for response. The Miami VA Health Care System is hereby notifying potentialcontractors of its intent to issue an award for the following: Project Number: 546-09-122Project Description: This project will identify all panels and breakersin Buildings 1, 7, 8, 9 & 10 at the facility. The project will labelall breakers and the load they serve. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses arethose in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This procurement will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business (SDVOSB) concerns, pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). Suchinterested concerns are encouraged to review and follow the attachedRFP. The associated NAICS code is 236220 and the small business sizestandard is $ 33.5 million. Award is anticipated to contain a singleline item for Job (JB). In addition registering in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) allSDVOSB concerns must register in theVetBiz.gov VIP database, availableat www.VetBiz.gov. Award cannot be made under the authority of 38U.S.C. 8127(d) (Public Law 109-461) unless offeror is confirmed as beingregistered in VetBiz.gov. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and otherdocuments without further notices from the Department of VeteransAffairs, Miami VA Health Care System, Miami, FL.
