- A fixed quantity, firm fixed price contract is contemplated for: NSN: 2840-K0-219-235APR GE P/N: 736L376G01 NOUN: F110-100/-129 Screen Modification Kit, Lube and Scavenge Pump QTY: CLIN 0001 - 1,138 ea Kit Consists of: 0001AA - Inlet Strainers LR47257 - 2 ea 0001AB - Preformed packing M83248/1-916 - 2 ea 0001AC - Preformed packing M83248/1-905 - 1 ea REQUIRED DELIVERY: 75 ea per month beginning 48 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) DESTINATION: FB2039 DIMENSIONS: 1.5 in long X 2.0 in wide X 1.5 in high weight.50 lbs PREDOMINATE MATERIAL: Steel APPLICATION: F110-100/-129 engines (F-16 aircraft) SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is not a Small Business Set-Aside HISTORY: None, this is a one time buy DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Award of contract through final delivery EXPORT CONTROLLED: Data for this item is not export controlled. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (QRs): QRs are not available. BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT: If GE is awarded the contract, the award will result in an order against BOA FA8122-09-G-0001. This is a competitive acquisition with a limited number of sources and source controlled documents. GE Aviation (07482) and Crane Aerospace Company (51663) are currently the approved sources. A request for solicitation and proposal submittals and responses may be faxed to (405) 739-3462 or email alberto.long@tinker.af.mil. Electronic submission of proposals is permitted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
