Rotor testing is conducted in four vacuum chambers. Data is collected from probles in the chambers, and must be stored for later analysis and displayed in real time so operators can safely and effectively control the test equipment. Currently, the system is limited in capability, and much of the data is displayed on small monitors that are not linked together or in one location. This procurement is for a system which needs to drive multiple, large displays so that all of the data from the discrete systems can be organized almost completely on the computer monitors and large displays. Additionally, increased storage capability is needed to meet demanding requirements of data acquisition, data analysis, test control, and data display for current and future tests. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfar Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland by 30 September 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this synopsis or submitting a quote in response to this solicitation. Further questions should be submitted by email to Catherine Pickering (catherine.pickering@navy.mil). Please include your company’s CAGE code, Tax ID Number, & DUNs Number in your request for information. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to Catherine Pickering by fax (301) 757-8959 or email (catherine.pickering@navy.mil) on or before 21 August 2009 by (1600) EST, which will be considered by the agency. -August 6 2009 Amendment from FOB Origin to FOB Destination
