- Description

Please see the SSOC requirements for this acquisition below. Requirements: 1. Database shall provide a web based interface with the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) for the purpose of researching and distilling complex National Stock Number (NSN) data into usable reports. 2. Database shall be capable of including procurement history for researched NSNs. 3. Database shall provide all data elements from the FLIS and elements shall be selectable for inclusion in any downloaded reports. Additionally, material safety data sheets and hazardous data information shall be available for the applicable items. 4. Search capability shall allow search by Technical Characteristics, FLIS data elements or wildcards, normally defined by the NSN in the FLIS and shall have a “drill-down” capability to search for specific characteristics throughout the database. 5. Database shall allow for batch searching using multiple NSNs. 6. Database shall have the ability to give a “single NSN” response to a query that includes NSNs with multiple part numbers. 7. Database shall include basic and advanced search capabilities with a “knowledge” interface that provides logical search choices to the user based on the input search criteria. For example, drop down menus to select characteristics applicable only to the selected Functional Stock Class (FSC). 8. Database shall have the ability to export reports in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Microsoft Access database formats. Reports shall be easily defined by the user. 10.
