Description
SF 1449 CONTINUATION SCHEDULE SF 1449 for Duplication Copy service W90AF2-09-Q-0081 1. Introduction. Combined Endeavor 2009 is a multi-national exercise between US military forces and the Armed Forces of 18 European nations. The Main Operating Base (MOB) is at the Banja Luka Training Area at Kozara Barracks in the Republika Srpska area of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exercise will require logistical support services by local vendors to ensure a successful execution. 2. Scope of Work. The US Government shall require logistical support services for approximately 600 personnel. Logistical support shall be required at the primary location Life Support Area (LSA) located inside the Banja Luka Training Area. The second location is the holding area is at Rajlovac near Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both locations will be operating during the duration of the exercises. The US Government anticipates that the LSA will be set-up during the dates of 1 July - 30 August 2009. Contractor shall meet with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during these dates to define the locations of the services to be provided. The services required are logistical in nature and are further outlined below A. Copy machines w/paper/repair. Contractor shall provide four (4) multifunctional copy/printer machines. The machines should copy front and back, collate, and copy at a high rate (25 pages per minute), and be able to print to and store A4 and A3 paper. Contractor shall provide all required consumable materials, such as toner or paper required to operate the machines. Contractor shall provide an on call technician to service the machines with-in 3 hours of a repair issue. The status of the machines should be checked daily to insure they are functioning properly and that all supplies are provided as needed (paper). 1) Period of Performance: The copy machines with consumable supplies and repair services shall be required for the period beginning 25 August 2009 and ending 18 SEP 2009. 2) Delivery: The copy machines w/paper/repair shall be delivered to the COR and picked up from the COR located at the LSA on 25 August 2009. One copy machine will be located in the Command Post (BLDG 3), one will be in the CE Staff office (BLDG 71), one will be in the CJCCC (BLDG 217) and one will be in the CVB (BLDG 14). 3) ESTIMATE COST:
