- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for rehabilitation of fuel storage areas located in Kearneysville, WV. The Government anticipates award of a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Price type contract. The procurement is anticipated to include a period of performance of forty days after notice to proceed is issued. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet on or about August 26, 2009. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A formal solicitation, statement of work, and technical exhibits are not available for release at this time. This requirement is being issued as full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237120 and the size standard is 33.5 million. There is not an incumbent contractor. A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 10:00am. It is strongly suggested that all interested offerors attend since there will be no other opportunity for a site visit. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the Act.
