- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for EHR Terminal Server Solution at the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The period of performance for delivery, warranty and ongoing technical support will be as indicated in the specifications. The Contractor shall perform according to the specifications in the Scope of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-09-131, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-131 and provide a postal mailing address, email address, and/or fax number and indicate how the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be August 18,2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is September 4,2009. This is Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business set-aside.
