The reagents to be purchased are 6 kits GS titanium sequencing kit XLR70 - (200 cycle -70x75) Catalog# 05 233 526 001, 6 kits GS titanium LV emPCR Kit (Lib-L) Catalog# 05 233 542 001, 6 kits GS titanium picotiterplate kit 70x75 Catalog# 05 233 682 001, 1 each #05 233 615 001 GS Titanium SV emPCR Kit (Lib-L), 1 kit #05 233 682 001 GS Titanium PicoTiterPlate Kit 70x75, and 1 each #05 233 674 001 GX Titanium emPCR Filters SV 64 pc. Roche is the sole source for these sequencing kits for the GS FLX 454 DNA Sequencer.
