- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912HN-08-D-0015-AR09. This is not a solicitation. It is the intent of the government to award a firm fixed price Task Order under the subject contract which was previously competed and awarded to Tetra Tech, Inc., Fairfax, VA. The work will consist of development of plans and specifications to install water and electric service in North Bend Park Areas C and D at John H. Kerr Reservoir, Boydton, Virginia.
