Description
The Government is issuing a corresponding classified RFI addendum to this unclassified RFI. The Government is inviting all space-based threat warning sensor and system developers qualified to deliver the capabilities specified in the classified RFI addendum to respond. The classification of the RFI will be at the SECRET level. The classified RFI will be available to potential respondents after release of this unclassified RFI. All respondents requesting the classified RFI addendum will undergo verification of proper security clearance levels in order to receive the RFI. The Government will be requesting a white paper and a possible briefing in response to the RFI. The responses may be classified up to the SAP/SAR level and shall adhere to the applicable security guidance documentation for classification, marking, handling and distribution. Potential respondents should contact Captain Oesa Weaver listed in the point of contacts to request the RFI. Respondents must submit Industrial Security Facility Database (ISFD) information, facility CAGE code, facility clearance level, and security officer's name, phone number, and email in order to verify security clearances. Responses from small business and small, disadvantaged business firms are highly encouraged. The size standard is 1,000 employees. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, 8(a) firms, historically black colleges or universities, and minority institutions. Submission of the requested white papers shall occur thirty days from publication of this Federal Business Opportunity Announcement. Early submission is highly encouraged.
