- Description
- IQC09213009034. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-354-6522, Actuator, Electro-ME, IAW Pall Aeropower (CAGE 18350) part number AD-A249-7D1000A. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of Aug 1, 2009. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 36 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control and a Critical Application item. Requested delivery for production units is 144 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is August 18, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about September 18, 2009.
