- The purpose of this notice is to alert members of industry that ARCC-South intends, within the next few days to solicit proposals for the following requirement. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. SOLICITATION SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. The tracking number for this announcement is W912C6-T-09-KYCUS02. The NAICS code for this proposed acquisition is 561720 - Janitorial Services. This is a firm fixed priced requirement and is proposed for a FIVE (5) MONTH base period of performance and ONE (1) option year. The government is seeking a company to provide all labor, supervision, management, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations of custodial service for the U.S. Army Reserve Centers specified below: MG BENJAMIN J BUTLER USARC 3600 CENTURY DIVISION WAY LOUISVILLE, KY 40205 BOWMAN FIELD USARC/AMSA #70 2720 CANNONS LANE LOUISVILLE, KY 40205 COL CARL E. MAJOR USARC 2901 GAST BLVD. LOUISVILLE, KY 40205-8131 US Army 85th Division USARC 3590 Century Division Way (BLDG P-1) Louisville, KY 40205-5000 NELSON COUNTRY MEMORIAL USARC 609 LORETTO ROAD BARDSTOWN, KY 40004 All interested companies meeting our stated small business criteria are invited to submit a Capability Statement consisting of appropriate documentation, literature and brochures and should include: 1) Firm name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address. 2) Identification of the company as a Small Business with proper certification (NAICS code) 561720 business size standard is not to exceed $16.5 million 3) Past history showing similar work with in the past three (3) years 4) List of existing teaming agreements in place with other businesses. IMPORTANT: Responses must be limited to no more than 10 pages. Submission of Capabilities Statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings. This synopsis is for information and for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. This requirement is subject to Contractor Manpower Reporting.
