- Solicitation GSA Form 527 Synopsis: The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and services required to provide snow plowing, shoveling, and removal, as well as de-icing at the Clinton County Custom's Border Patrol facilities at Champlain, Old Champlain, Mooers Overton's Corner's, Rouses Point. Detailed requirements of the contractor may be found in the scope of work within the 1449. The start date for this work is October 1, 2009. This contract will be awarded with one (1) base year and three (3) one year options. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. In addition, the following information must be submitted and or provided by the requestor: 1) copy of business license; 2) company's Dun and Bradstreet number (Obtain a DUNS number for free. Call Dun & Bradstreet at 1.800.333.0505); and 3) a valid tax identification number. In addition, vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Registration and Certification Application (ORCA). Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. any amendments) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. A walkthrough is scheduled for August 25, 2009 at 11:00 AM..All proposals will be due no later than Monday, August 31, 2009 at 4:00 PM EST. Please hand deliver or send package via Fed Ex and please include the 1449, Reps and Certs, and the attached GSA Form 527 (Contractor's Qualifications and Financial Information).
