- Attachments to the Solicitation, documents required for submission to offers. Solicitation Cover Letter and Instructions Wilber SFO The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (Government), currently occupies office space at 211 South Wilson Street in Wilber, NE. The Government will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested in leasing approximately 3600 to 3960 useable sq. ft. of quality office space. To be considered, the space must be within 1 mile of the Wilber city limits. All utilities, janitor service, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations & off-street parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition, the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and will not be located in a flood plain. The lease term will be 5 years, with a 5-yr renewal option & include 120-day termination rights. The Government will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fit our needs. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to Mgt.
