- Wall Sections and Details SME Report Section 040120 Roof Repair Roof Plans Historical Brick Analaysis Floor Plans Exterior Elevations Exterior Elevations 1998 Exterior Demo 1988 Plans This DO provides for, but is not limited to: A. Remove existing precast concrete coping and replace with coping that matches existing coping in color and size. Repair gutters and roof flashings that are a part of the exterior wall construction. B. Replace existing spalling and cracked brick with new or reclaimed brick to match existing brick in color, Properties and texture. C. Provide flashing and weeps at lintels and interruptions in masonry. D. Tuck point existing deteriorated and failing mortar joints. E. Provide final restoration and clean up. All generated refuse and debris shall be legally disposed of off base. The contractor shall control FOD at all times. The ramp shall be kept clean of all dirt and debris at all times.
