Description

JOTFOC FOR SOLE SOURCE AWARD The United States Coast Guard, MLC Atlantic intends to issue a purchase order to Ram Winch and Hoist Management LLC for two HU 40 Klassic Klone Air Winches. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR Part 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all information received within three calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
