- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER MACC CONTRACT N68711-04-D-3001, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF VARIOUS DRY UTILITIES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, NEVADA AND NEW MEXICO. The solicitation will not be made available on this website. Project Description: The intent of this RFP is to obtain all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) TAS P905M Install Photovoltaic System on roof top at buildings 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227,228, 231, 232, 233, 234, and 238 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) in San Diego, CA, including bond costs, complete in accordance with the RFP, but not including work indicated or specified to be provided under any other offer items. The duration of this project is 380 calendar days from the date of award, which consists of 365 calendar days, and 15 calendar days for bonds submissions. Project Issue Date of RFP to MACC Contractors: 31 July 2009 Construction Cost Limit is between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000.
