- Description
- Maintenance excavation of the Neah Bay Fish Gap to be performed at Sta0+00 to 4+25. Work shall be performed during low tides in the dry using excavators, bulldozers, other construction equipment and front end loaders. No in-water work will be performed or allowed. Excavated materials from the Neah Bay Fish Gap between Sta. Sta 0+00 to 4+25 shall be disposed of at East Beach Disposal Area, also called Evans Mole. Excavation of the Fish Gap includes removal and disposal of all materials as specified. All shoals shall be removed within the described area to the required excavation prism despite any changes that may have occurred in their volume, dimensions, or locations between date of the condition survey and date of the pre-excavation survey. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 to $500,000 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $20 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business (See Note 27). For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $20 million. Pursuant to FAR, the response date of the solicitation is no earlier than 30 days from the date of the solicitation release date. The solicitation due date will be noted on the solicitation at the time of issue. There is no technical information available until the issue of the solicitation via the Internet.
