The building façade consists of split-faced CMU with punched windows and store front entry. The 3,990 square-foot Unheated Storage Building and 3,775 Maintenance Training Building will be pre-engineered steel-framed structures bearing on spread footings with metal roof and wall panels. Construction includes interior finishes, kitchen equipment, forced-air VAV HVAC system with hot water reheat, interior plumbing with fixtures and finishes, fire protection suppression and detection systems, secondary interior electrical distribution and lighting systems and communication systems. Site utilities include water, sanitary and storm sewers, natural gas and primary electrical systems. Site work includes access drives, visitor and military vehicle parking areas with lighting, fuel truck containment pad grading, landscaping, irrigation system and fencing. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Fair Trade Agreements.
