- RECOVERY - This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the removal and placement of new shingles on the Visitor Center at Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, Harrison, NE. Also included will be installing new shingles, removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles, including building paper and miscellaneous flashing, selective replacement of deteriorated board roof sheathing and installation of asphalt shingles and sheet metal flashing. This is a full and open competitive acquisition. The NAICS code is 238160. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contractors are urged to visit the site for a complete understanding of existing work conditions. The point of contact for this solicitation is Kadra Martz, Email address is kadra_martz@nps.gov. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible bidder whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government.
