Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add two repair input NSN's/PN's for two existing output NSN's on IDIQ Contract# FA8536-06-D-0002 applicable to the ALQ-135 system. The first additional input repair item is NSN: 5960-01-039-0092EW, Noun: Electron Tube B2, P/N 090-001804. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ's) remain as already noted on the contract at 50 EA/CY 09, 50 EA/CY 10, and 50 EA/CY11. The output NSN for this item remains unchanged (NSN: 5960-01-050-4820EW). The second additional input repair item is NSN: 5960-01-042-3337EW, Noun: Electron Tube B1, P/N 090-001809. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ's) remain as already noted on the contract at 40 EA/CY 09, 40 EA/CY 10, and 40 EA/CY11. The output NSN for this item remains unchanged (NSN: 5960-01-050-4819EW). The proposed contract action is sole source to Teledyne Wireless, LLC, Cage Code: 11312 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 17-Aug-2009.
