- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED. This request is being issued as Request for Proposals -Solicitation Number N8780090003. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions enclosed within are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29. FAR clauses and provisions are available through Internet access at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a full and open competition, the National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged, and women owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612 & PSC S206. This is a service and Wage Determination No. : 2005-2147 Revision No. : 9 dtd 07/22/2009 is attached to the Solicitation. Updated information concerning Wage Rates may be found at the U. S. Department of Labor website www.dol.gov. The Government anticipates making a single award for this solicitation; vendors must quote on all items for their quote to be considered. A written solicitation for this acquisition is attached to this notice Solicitation Number N8780090003. General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals from firms having the capability of performing security guard services at the American Memorial Park, Garapan, Saipan M.P. The work detailed in the Section C.1 STATEMENT OF WORK Scope of Services. Offerors are being solicited on a full and open competition basis.
