- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware/Software Branch, Software Section, (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc., 6625 South Eastern Ave. Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89119-3930. This acquisition is for a follow-on procurement effort to renew the expiring software licensing and maintenance support contract for Vanguard software products. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a small business set-aside. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1028-09-T-2200, available by email request to lynn.buss@disa.mil, and return it no later than 10:00 AM (Central Standard Time) on 5 August 2009. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code is 541511 for this procurement.
