- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), intends to award a sole source award to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for Metrochecks. This is a program for CSB employees to travel to and from work by use of public transportation. BPD will consider all affirmative responses received no later than the close of business on August 9, 2009. A request for more information is not considered an affirmative response. If no response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the government, a sole source award will be made to WMATA. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
