- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Contracting Command, AMCOM Contracting Center, intends to issue a sole source award to Winters Electro-Optics, 7160 Nimbus Rd, Longmont, CO, 80503 for the purchase of an Iodine-Stabilized HeNe Laser and Heterodyne System (SLHS) on a firm-fixed price basis. Item is to be delivered 90 days after receipt of order. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.232-7003, 252.212-7001, and 252.211-7003 apply to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordnace with DFARS 252.232-7003.
