- Description
- This notification, FA3022-09-R-0012, announces Columbus AFB's intent to issue a solicitation for the replacement of HVAC piping and Fan Cooling Units. The approximate solicitation issue date is 5 August 2009 and the approximate due date for proposals is 8 September 2009. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 and the small business size is $14 Million. The source selection evaluation criteria will be detailed in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will include a 100% complete design package. The contract duration is for 240 days. Currently this project is being solicited under fill-kill authority. Award of this construction contract is subject to availability of funds. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. Offerors must also be registered and have completed the Online Representation & Certification Application (ORCA) located at www.bpn.gov/orca prior to award. The Solicitation will be available by download from the Internet only. Downloads are available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for this project. Amendments will be available from the FedBizOpps website by download only.
