Description
NAICS Code: 541611 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Children's Health Protection (OCHP) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 to National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) for thepreparation, organization and execution of a national youth train-the-trainer summit on climate change. NOYS has extensive expertise with similar train-the-trainer events and is familiar with the specific training requirements necessary to execute such an event for EPA. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirements as stated herein may submit a capability statement within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement and will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
