The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for a new 4 X 4 vehicle (per below specifications) for its Soil Survey Field Office located at the USDA NRCS Hilo Lagoon Center 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 229, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 Bids must include F.O.B. destination to the island of Hawaii and delivery to the USDA NRCS Hilo Lagoon Center 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 229, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
