- Appendix "C" Heat Exchanger Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332410 applies to this procurement. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which will be considered. All qualified small business sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with CAGE Code and Point of Contact information to: Barbara Freeman, Contract Specialist at barbara.freeman@robins.af.mil This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, 15 July, 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090715. Place of Performance: Robins AFB, GA Price should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098) In addition to price and delivery; quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Request delivery date is 4 month ARO CLIN 0001, Purchase and Installation of two Steam Heat Exchanger Systems See attached: Heat Exchanger System Requirement and Appendix C for additional information on this requirement. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the installation. c) Driver's license, SSN, proof of vehicle registration and insurance are required to gain access to the installation. d) A record of the Site Visit shall be made and furnished to all attendees. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including all questions and answers. Quotes are due by Friday 14 Aug 2009. Anticipated award date will be Monday, 7 Sept 2009.
