Description

Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for leased parking. This announcement is in reference to solicitation RFQ-FIG-09-0060. Proposals are being requested. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The Bureau of Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG) has a requirement for 17 regular and 8 reserved parking spaces. The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that has twenty-four (24) hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges and self-parking. Parking spaces must be located at or near the DHS-OIG Headquarters building located at 1120 Vermont Avenue, Washington, DC. The contractor will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have access to vehicle keys. The period of performance is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.
