- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Adaptech Corp, Fullerton, CA for a three month extension of contract N00244-09-C-0024 for a period beginning 1 August 2009 through 31 October 2009. The required effort is a continuity support to providing ordnance and ship systems maintenance and equipment repair service in support of the Navy Munitions Command CONUS West Division, Seal Beach, CA. Adaptech Corp is currently providing the required support under N00244-09-C-0024.A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Anticipated award date 30 July 2009. FOB destination. Justification and authority is Section 4204 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. See Note 22.
