Solicitation Attachment 4 - AREA 900 Asphalt Project - Government Furnished Drawings Attachment 3 - Davis Bacon WD Calhoun County AL20080002 Attachment 2 - Technical Specifications Attachment 1 - STATEMENT OF WORK AREA 900 ASPHALT PAVING REPAIR AND PAINTING Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). The Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) is a federal entity (Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Preparedness Directorate, National Integration Center, Department of Homeland Security) and is the designated federal training center engaged in preparing emergency first responders, emergency management officials, state and local community leaders and managers to combat terrorism including response to weapons of mass destruction and hazardous materials incidents. Training courses provided by the CDP provide specific knowledge and expertise for deterrence, prevention and response to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and hazardous materials incidents. The CDP occupies five major areas of the former Fort McClellan, Alabama. They are: 1) CDP Main Complex (61); 2) CDP Training Complex (500 Area); 3) CDP Responder Lodging Complex (900 Area); 4) the Chemical, Ordnance, Biological, and Radiological Training Facility (COBRATF), and 5) the Noble Training Facility (NTF). Synopsis: Sealed Bids from all Alabama Registered licensed General Contractor, HUB ZONE Business concerns will be accepted for the AREA 900 ASPHALTING AND STRIPING Project Soliciation Number HSFECD-09-B-0014, located in Calhoun County, McClellan, Anniston, Alabama. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary, except those specified as Government furnished, to pave, repair, and restripe/paint the asphalt drives and parking areas along Straub Circle and DeKalb Court in the 900 Area Lodging Area. This work will be performed in the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) lodging area (900 Area) located on the former Fort McClellan property in Anniston, Alabama in accordance with this document, specifications, drawings and applicable codes and industry standards. All work will be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and Government Furnished Drawings. It is estimated that the project will be completed within 75 days of the start of work notice. The magnitude of this project is between $190,000.00 and $210,000.00. A site visit is planned for 10:00am Central Time, August 11, 2009. See Section E of the Solicitation for details. Bid Due date can be found in Block 6 and 8 of the SF 1449 Solicitation.
