- RECOVERY This notice is posted for “informational purposes only” as required by FAR Subpart 5.7 – “Publicizing Requirements Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009”. The specific requirement is 5.704(a)(2). This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for land survey work on the Kootenai National Forest. The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firms under the existing IDIQ Contracts to reach a best value determination for award of this work.
