- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number W91B0A91626000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 443112 and small business size standard is 9 millions. The date, time and request for quote offers are due by: 1:00 P.M. local time on 6 August 2009 to abdul.toulas@us.army.mil or elke.neal@us.army.mil. This requirement is for the purchase of: CLIN 0001 45 to 60 PLASMA TV/MONITOR 15 UNITS 50 PLASMA FLAT SCREEN TV/MONITORS HDMI WITH CABLES, VARIOUS SOURCE INPUTS RGB, RF, RCA AS A MINIMUM INCLUDING STAND AND WALL MOUNT CLIN 0002 CASES/STORAGE OF PLASMA TV/MONITORS 15 UNITS CASES/ STORAGE PLASMA TV/MONITOR, MUST STORE UP TO 50 PLASMA TV/MONITOR, HARD SHELL, AIR TIGHT, WATER RESISTANT WITH ROLLERS FOR EASY MOBILITY AND TO MATCH THE ABOVE NOTED TVS NOTE PLEASE PROVIDE SPECS WITH YOUR BID SUBMISSIONS Delivery requirement: 30 days ARO, FOB Destination at Camp Murray, Tacoma WA. 98430.
