Description

Project includes renovation and bathroom installation in building 4971005, connection of building 4971005 to an existing septic system, replacing the plumbing in building 4971009 and various repairs to building 4971001 at the Grass Lake Station on the Klamath National Forest. LOCATION: Goosenest Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. The site is located 24 miles northeast of Weed, CA at the Grass Lake summit on US Highway 97. Look for the station on the left just before the CalTrans Maintenance Yard. This is a RFQ unrestricted under the Competitive Demonstration Program. PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 Estimated start work date is September 30, 2009. CONTRACT TIME: 60 calendar days. A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will not be conducted. BONDING IS REQUIRED of the successful offeror at time of contract award. A bid guarantee is not required. The solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about August 12, 2009. Interested contractors and subcontractors are requested to self-register at this website to receive email notification of any postings concerning this project, such as amendments.
