Description

Solicitation Package 060-138-09 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 04231 Termini- Auburn, ME to Sabattus, ME Response Deadline- 08/25/2009 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 10/01/2009 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 8, 2/27/09 and Statement of Work 060-138-09. NOTE: The vehicle for this route requires a power lift tailgate. Full specifications are in Statement of Work 060-138-09. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 060-138-09 in order to formulate an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
