- Contractor will act as the fiduciary agent for the Safe Injection Practices Coalition (SIPC) in the enhancement and completion of the "One and Only" campaign. This campaign was launched recently by the SIPC, of which CDC is a member. The "One and Only" health communication campaign aims to raise awareness among the general public, empower patients and educate healthcare personnel about safe injection practices. A contract is necessary to meet time constraints requiring that campaign materials be ready for piloting testing with other states. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses.
