- The US Department of Agriculture in Marksville, Louisiana is interested in leasing up to 5,826 rentable square feet of space and 31 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 4,855 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 5,826 usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries as follows: “The area of consideration shall be all lands fronting the area that is bounded by a line with a point originating at the intersection Louisiana Highway 1 (Tunica Drive) and the Coulee De Grues, thence proceeding along the north bank of Coulee De Grues westerly to its intersection with Louisiana Highway 115, thence proceeding northerly along Louisiana Highway 115 to its intersection with Louisiana Highway 1, thence proceeding northwesterly along Louisiana Highway 1, to its intersection with the Western Terminus of Beauregard Landry Road, thence proceed Easterly along Beauregard Landry Road to its eastern terminus, and its intersection with Louisiana Highway 115 and Louisiana Highway 1192, thence proceed northerly along Louisiana Highway 1192 to its intersection with the western terminus of Hospital Drive, thence westerly along Hospital Drive to the eastern terminus of Hospital Drive and it’s intersection with Louisiana Highway 452, and the western terminus of Bluebird Lane, thence easterly along Bluebird Lane, to its eastern terminus, and its intersection with Bordelon Street, thence southerly along Bordelon Street to it’s southern terminus and intersection with Andrus Street, thence westerly along Andrus Street to its intersection with Louisiana Highway 452, thence southerly along Louisiana Highway 452, to its southern terminus, and its intersection with Louisiana Highway 1; thence southwesterly along Louisiana Highway 1, to the point of beginning, and its intersection Coulee De Grues.” The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by August 1, 2010.
