Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (RD), is requesting letters of interest / capability statements from qualified individuals to provide residential management services for a Real Estate Owned, Multiple Family Complex consisting of twelve units. The complex is located in Fallon County, town of Baker, Montana. Management is to be conducted in accordance with 7 CFR and applicable agency regulations, including Handbook 3560-2. Letters of interest / capability statements shall identify if respondents are a Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
