Description

The contractor shall provide hotel accommodations for approximately 130 individuals during the period of September 14, 2009 through September 17, 2009. Accommodations shall include overnight accommodations, meeting space, standard audio visual equipment, daily buffet meals, dedicated planning manager, complimentary parking and on site security. The hotel shall be within thirty-five (35) miles of the Consumer Product Safety Commission located in Bethesda, Maryland and easily accessible from Washington, DC airports. The anticipated date of release is July 29, 2009. All responsible sources who are registered with central contractor registration (CCR) and meet the mandatory location requirements may request a copy of the RFQ via fax at (301) 504-0628 or by email at rsmith@cpsc.gov. No telephonic requests for copies of the RFQ will be accepted.
