- SOW Sources Sought ***This requirement is currently UNFUNDED. *** The government does not presently intend to award a contract, but does want to obtain information in the event that funding is obtained. The government may or may not award a contract for some or all of the items in this request. **This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. ** The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking a potential source interested in proposing on an acquisition for the visual and hydrostatic testing of the AFFF fire system foam tanks, removal/ replacement of foam bladder, including all necessary related work for complete testing/ maintenance process in order to ensure that the AFFF fire system is reliable in case of use. Please review the attached Statement of Work for an in-depth description of maintenance to be performed. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code as 541990. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Point of contact including phone number, physical and e-mail address. 2. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. 3. CAGE Code for your firm. 4. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 5. Cost estimation. ***FYI...366th Contracting Office will most likely be awarding contracts up until midnight on 30 September 09, for Fiscal Year End.
